Account Lead
We’re searching for a talented Account Lead to join our growing team! As a holistic marketing agency, experience in content, brand, social and/or paid advertising is required for this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Own, manage and help execute for client accounts as their main point-of-contact
Work closely with our founder, Tiffany to drive major growth for our clients through strategic implementation and expert execution of digital channels
Grow with Allegory — build processes, templates and mentor junior team members as a growing leader on our team
Oversee holistic marketing strategy that includes email marketing, social strategy, content + SEO and paid advertising

You’re a strong marketer that is equally driven by the data and creative roles to run successful growth campaigns across different industries
You love tracking and hitting targets to show the impact you’ve made for your clients
Ideal candidates will have some of the following experience:
2+ years in a marketing role that specializes in content, social media or paid advertising with experience in other marketing fields
Experience utilizing attribution, tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Omniture etc.
Has experience using tools such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp for email marketing, Later for social media and Canva/ Adobe Photoshop for graphic design
Has experience creating aesthetically beautiful yet conversion-driven creative for paid channels and organic channels
Proven experience driving growth and showing their impact by clearly communicating to clients through thoughtful reporting + visual expertise
You have experience with Shopify, WooCommerce and other common e-commerce solutions
Added bonus if you have experience in SEO, website development and graphic design
The Details
The role is completely remote, although Allegory typically works standard business hours PST (open to more flexibility if you like starting early or based in a different timezone to support your own productivity)
3 weeks paid vacation
Open to Canadian candidates only
Chosen candidates must have a working laptop + smartphone of their own
